"The hotel itself is nice... BE WARY OF THEIR VALET PARKING SERVICE!!! I paid extra for the parking thru Expedia and the hotel still charged me $80 for parking my car. Called the hotel twice and I am still waiting for the manager to call me back or get my refund."

"Check in and check out was very easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators worked well and provided rapid service to my 8th floor room. The room was very compact but was modern and well laid out. Street noise was relatively minor with exception of occasional emergency vehicle sirens. The AC unit is located very close to the bed due to the compact size of the room, however, it did do a very good job of cooling in the room. I think these rooms could benefit from the addition...

"Beautiful hotel, love the architecture. The bar/restaurant was nice and decently price if you didn't want to go anywhere. Convenient locations. Only negative was no mini fridge or ice machine, but I'm sure they have their reasons."
