"Rooms need updating and the tv didn’t work"

"Breakfast was decent, nice omelet made to order, plenty of options. Had a 2 double bed room—mattresses were bad with major sag in the middle. Hide a bed mattress was rough. Decor was dated—peeling wallpaper, etc. Needs a refresh. Overall just ok for one night. "

"No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. We got only 2 free coffees for this big inconvenience. Upon checking out, the kind staff member did give us 1/2 off our last night which was appreciated. Front desk staff always friendly but have stayed in this hotel a few times and overall feel feels out of date and kind of dreary each time. Probably won’t stay here again. "
