"Room was very dirty, the drain stopper was broken, shampoo holder was broken, the sheets had lint over them. The table in my room had no chair, the bathroom had no garbage bin and there were no amenities outside of a bar of soap and shampoo. The staff didn’t tell me about the complimentary breakfast nor told me how to connect to the wifi. At night, there were people banging the walls at 2 am. One of the worst experiences of my life."
