"Had not stayed here before and was so pleasantly surprised. Was only disappointed with not having discovered this hotel/property earlier. The property is impressive, the service is superb, and the rooms are spacious, clean, well appointed. Staff is excellent. Bar and restaurants on property are great! Best stay I have had anywhere in years."

"Desk clerk at check in was patient polite and friendly. Room was clean and spacious for a budget motel but in our two bed room the window a/c heater was uncomfortably close to the bed. As is becoming typical in motels, the comforter was too warm and bulky and there was no blanket available. We would have to blast the a/c to be comfortable under one of those ironically named “comforters”. I don’t understand this trend. Mattress average. Breakfast very simple but adequate with boiled eggs, yogurt etc. All in all, still one of the best value accommodations in A2. Beautiful grounds on the south side of the building, great for strolling and observing the wildlife and wetlands. "
