Many restaurants closed early March- trips to desert an hour or so away- beautiful drive down the mountain! Peaceful, serene and friendly people! "I had several spiders crawl on me in the living room area, we seen several crawling on the floor. Also the fencing on front gate cut into my ankles twice. Other than that, nice cabin but under couches need cleaned and spiders eradicated."

"This home is very unique. High-end appliances and pleasing decor. It's about 6 minutes from town, but feels a world away. They have pizza and Starbucks at the Pine Cove gas station store just 2 min. away. The downstairs bedroom is cool like a cave and has a large bathroom. The closet smells funky, so keep thst door closed. The dual adjustable mattresses are wonderful, but they need twin fitted sheets, because when each side is adjusted the sheet falls off. The upstairs bedroom is very small...

"My partner and I spent a week at Josh’s lovely A-frame. It did not disappoint! It’s stylish, comfortable, and private with incredible views and amenities. We loved the back deck overlooking the forest with amazing sunset views. The wood stove, pellet grill, and hot tub were also awesome! There were even drinks waiting for us in the wine fridge. The only advice I would give is to bring some newspaper to get a fire going if you want to use the wood stove , but you can also grab some free papers...

"Learning to live in the mountains again, never leave anything food wise on the counter tops, unless you like the taste of ants. The backyard is a little scary for older folks, no rails on the stair welds, the cabin needs some real attention to the yard, the driveway is very tight for a wide vehicle. My partner cleans vacation rentals here in the desert, so he did a good job on the cabin before we left washed all the laundry, dusted the wood floors cleaned the kitchen and bathroom.
