"We had a fabulous time in Idyllwild! The small-town vibe, the kindness of the locals, and the spectacular hikes did not disappoint. Our host, Heather, went above and beyond by upgrading us to a larger property because she thought the cabin we originally booked would be too tight for four people. We truly felt like VIPs in the main house. Everything was top-notch, beautifully kept, and felt incredibly homey. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless thanks to the keypad system. "We had a great, last-minute summer night in Idyllwild at this property. We wanted no-frills but clean, and we got it. Includes a nice deck overlooking Eagle Creek. The grounds are beautiful, especially at night with the lighting. Communication with the host was very easy, and Heather was quite accommodating. I plan to take a look at other properties on the compound for a future visit. But I would happily come back here."

"Very pleased with this property overall. We left the Palm Desert to get out of the heat, mission accomplished! We noticed on the listing that the home was air conditioned and it die have 2 portable room air conditioners vented outside. It was extremely warm and a couple of box fans would have helped circulate the cool air. Other than that, we really enjoyed this property…highly recommend!"

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location makes walking to all the shops and restaurants quick and easy. Rooms are spacious, clean, with comfy beds. Loved the option of complimentary bicycles although we ran out of time to use them - next time for sure. Their airport shuttle was so convenient. Highly recommend staying here!"
