This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 8 beds, offering plenty of room to relax, gather, or enjoy a quiet moment.
The main level features a large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows showcasing mountain, meadow, and forest views. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing meals for groups. One bathroom and one bedroom/office is located on the main level.
The lower level features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, tv room, office space, foyer, elliptical machine, and a dart board.
Sleeping arrangements include: - 2 private king bedrooms (with one optional twin floor mattress available if 8th separate bed is wanted) - 1 larger room with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds (bunk bed) - 1 private room/office with a double Murphy bed - 1 couch hide-a-bed (double) available in lower level living room
There are 2 full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and one with double sinks and a large bathtub.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large upper deck, two lower decks, BBQ, hot tub, lawn games (horseshoes, bocce, corn hole), veggie garden (help yourself to veggies and pull a couple weeds!), fire pit (seasonal), and an expansive yard with beautiful views. A fenced dog yard is also available, but at 3-5 feet tall, larger pups may escape if they like to jump!
Laundry is available for longer term stays.

Guests have full, private access to the home, including all decks, hot tub, fire pit, garden, and yard.
Other things to note:
Hosts will have a travel trailer stored on the property in winter months, and occasionally during the summer. No guest access.
Other things to note - This is our primary home, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own. - This is a rural property, so you’ll enjoy peace, space, and nature—while still being a short drive to town. Please still be mindful of the neighbours especially in the evening. - Fire pit use is subject to local fire regulations and may be unavailable during fire season - The home is dog-friendly. Please ensure pets are supervised and respectful of the property. As the road is commonly used for walking, dogs should be kept on leash unless they have reliable recall. - There is ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, or recreational gear. - Shuttle transportation is available to and from town, golf courses, the ski hill, or other nearby destinations. Shuttles must be booked in advance through the Resorttours website @ resorttours.ca
