Housekeeping was attentive and replaced/refilled everything I needed, including fresh coffee bags and cups for the coffee maker. I do wish there was a water fountain on the second floor. There was only one water fountain I could find, and it was on the first floor."

"The Staff was very helpful. Balaji is a gem of a person and very courteous since we had kids with us and he made sure that we get the 1st floor which is convenient for the family. Also gave us additional information which was helpful."
