"There were several things to like about this hotel. It is located in Mountain Village, which is a thousand feet above the town of Telluride; tucked in an alpine glen with several other hotels, restaurants, and upscale shopping. Access to the town of Telluride is best done using the free tram which departs from a couple of points within Mountain Village, stops at the top of the hill where you can get off and hike or just take in the scenery, and then descends to the town of Telluride itself. Not having to find parking in Telluride is a big plus to me. The layout of the room was very un-hotel like; more like a small condo or VRBO. The complimentary breakfast is in the downstairs restaurant. The food was certainly above average for complimentary breakfasts and has two different featured options daily as well as more typical fare such as fruit, breads, and yogurt. In the evening the same restaurant (Siam’s Talay Grille) has some very tasty far-eastern dishes with a good selection of wines. Although expensive this hotel is a nice treat for a romantic getaway or just a peaceful vacation."

"Fantastic stay...staff was exceptional and the property was flawless! The amenities were fantastic...great pool with hot tub, lockers, gym, and the complimentary coffee, teas, and cookies hit the spot! We loved the location as it was very close to the market and the free gondola. Definitely highly recommend!"

Clean and Quiet Room for 4 With Perks in Telluride's Mountain Village

"Spent 4th of July weekend here and our little unit was perfect for us. Beautiful lodge and nice location close to the Village Market and Gondola to Mountain Village restaurants/shops. The views are a bit limited, but still gorgeous. We enjoyed walking the short path down the hill instead of riding the shuttle to the Village Market/Gondola/additional Parking. The bunk beds are best for younger kids (my 20 year old son barely fit - good thing he is flexible). Parking is tough to get right at the lodge, but the Village Market/Gondola Parking was close. Appreciated the plastic ware and mini-fridge and microwave in the room for the food we purchased at the Village Market. Fun trip - we hope to stay again."

"The property is well maintained and cozy. The description of the property is almost at par with some information being exaggerated. The master bathroom is a bit smaller than advertised and hard for anyone taller than 5 feet to use. Overall it was a great experience for the family and we enjoyed the stay!"

"Kendra was a fantastic host with great communication. We stayed last week of June and the weather was perfect. The gondola was a quick drive with free parking and we spent most of our time in Telluride or hiking. The condo was clean and comfortable for the four of us (2 adults and 2 large teenagers). The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to rest/relax to begin more adventures the next day."

"This property was in pristine condition when we arrived. It is new and decorated beautifully. The kitchen essentials are all there and are very nice! This is one of the best places I’ve ever rented! It’s also pet friendly and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend this town house!"
