"The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and we had room 502 which had a nice balcony overlooking the city and an expensive footprint which left room for a couch and chairs as well as a queen size bed and desk. The negatives here unfortunately include a TV that didn't work, ants in the bathroom and on the desk and a bathroom that smelled like sewer. Other than that it was great."

"The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in a central, safe location, walkable to most attractions in the city or easy access to public transportation. The front desk was always staffed. The location was the highlight. Otherwise the room was very small and exceptionally warm despite not having the heat on. No AC but they did provide a small floor desk fan. We did not pay for the breakfast. Overall would recommend for a great location to explore the city!"

"Perfect place to stay. Right in the heart of the city, nothing was too far away. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful & friendly. As first time visitors of Amsterdam it was perfectly close to everything we wanted to see (museums, canal tours, Foodhallen, etc). If my wife & I come back we will definitely try to stay here again. 10/10"

"The positive was that the breakfast was OK, and it is right by the Vondelpark. The room cleaning staff were friendly. The room was tiny with a stained carpet, only a tiny light accessible from the bed and a toilet so cramped that I couldn't easily sit down. "

"I would never stay here again. €250 + for a place where u come in exhausted wanting to go to your room. They have to email you and then you can pay the city tax. What if an older person booked and came and didn’t have an email? So inefficient. Room is tiny. Bed is horrible. Got bit overnight. Have huge bite marks on left thigh. No air con. Tiny desktop fan. I would never ever pay that much money for a place like this. I don’t even think I would stay here for €50. Staff was nice. Owner really needs to make huge changes. Very very very disappointed. "

"Hotel is in excellent location. It is near the Rijksmuseum, shopping, tramps, and many eateries nearby. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. On site restaurant MoMo is very good. Breakfast also good and cooked to order. Highly recommend to ones who visits Amsterdam."

"They gave us one of the worst rooms in the hotel — it was located right under the front desk. We had to endure constant noise from people walking above us all night, and we barely got any sleep. It was truly one of the worst experiences we've had."
