"Upon arrival, the person checking in before me was greeted with a bottle of water. As I checked in, I wasn't offered one so I asked and the response was - that's for our members... Ideally the gesture could have been, here's a 50 cent bottle of water and instructions on how to join the member program - nothing. I opted for the breakfast and was disappointed that it was the same items everyday- no change for the 5 days. Food was luke warm at best. The bottle of ketchup was a refillable and gross. Even the syrup bottle didnt look like it had been cleaned out in a long time. On my first night, i ate in their restaurant. Got a burger and fries. Burger was ok, big but the fries were very potatoeee, meaning barely cooked through and not very hot. Hotel is outdated and the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. With all of this said, you get what you pay for."

"I've always liked staying at Homewood Suites but this one needs some help. The room was bare of basic necessities. Everything was the bare minimum. Had to wait for someone at the front desk 10-15minutes every time you went down it was always empty. Seemed like it was recently renovated but lacked being cleaned well or investing in what really matters."

"Everything was good with the hotel. Only thing they had pork bacon the next day and not an option for chicken, turkey, beef for those who don't eat pork. Other then that Everything was ok.. beside think they need to fux the elevator was a little slow coming down and going up. TV didnt have much channels on it."

"It’s a basic motel. Room was clean. Staff was so nice. I’d stay there again, if needed."

"We had six people and booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed . They gave us a room with one double bed. Then I was told sorry we don't have anything else! Ummm how is six people supposed to sleep in there? Again I was told sorry the computer just gave you that room. Had to leave and go find something else"
