The trip all together was good. There were missing amenities that were online that you no longer have. The bartender was great! He was very attentive & friendly. The one front desk lady was not friendly, almost rude. Did not like that continental breakfast was not included like it is at most other places.

We enjoyed sitting around the great fire put on great outdoor chairs, playing corn hole, swimming, jacuzzi, and my steak and mashed potatoes were great. Vicky was an excellent bar tender and waitress. Hot cocoa was free. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Let’s start off by. I was awoken by the fan in the room. It’s probably off of its track. It’s very loud and obnoxious and the only reason why I didn’t complain was that it would quiet for a day or the evening and then 330 4 o’clock in the morning it would get very, very loud and abrupt. That happened at least a couple of times it wasn’t consistent, but it still did not allow me to sleep very well. There was a wedding going on and they completely did not control the noise. There was yelling there was running through the hallway. There was very loud thump and buds and that happened until like around 10:30 at night prevent preventing restful sleep. The Internet connection kept going down so periodically that a lot of the work that I was doing wasn’t saving and just overall wasn’t a good experience. The staff in the restaurant in the bar area as well as front desks are really nice. I have to give it to their staff, but to say this is the Hilton it was not a Hilton stay. I usually don’t have experiences like this, but this one was not a good one.

Upon check in was given a room right above a loud party that was going on. Ask desk to change room which they reluctantly did. Room better for noise but HVAC not 100% as thermostat needed a battery and read out for controls not visible. Coffee machine not clean and front desk hot Water not hot. Staff considered it a huge inconvenience to allow me to use the expresso machine to get hot water. Not friendly morning staff. Also breakfast was costly and horrible for the price.
