"The property was easy to access and in a great location in Inverness. The host was accomodating and accessible...at first. When we arrived at the property, we found the hot tub liner was ripped which made using it a challenge...also we found several of the showers would not get cold and the heads on a couple showers would spray everywhere. Also, the heater behind the washer/dryer turned off and started blinking an error code. In the 5 days we had booked, we tried to contact the host four...

"This house was just as it looked in the photos. Very cozy and very good location. I do wish the bed was more comfortable and we did have issues with locking the door as the handle was not working correctly. The property manager informed us it was not working well but it was still functional. But the time we left it was extremely hard to lock the door on the way out. "
