"Very friendly staff and the dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious. I would suggest that the bathroom in the room I stayed in is in need of renovation. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the location was great."
"Gorgeous building. We loved our room (Daisy). Easy check-in/out process with lockbox and digital code at front door. Breakfast pastries were yummy! Would highly recommend "

"When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service. "
"What a beautiful room, with some upgrades that made our stay absolutely delightful! The one-of-a-kind artwork, the walk-in shower, the noise machine, the well stocked refrigerator, chocolates on the bed, along with clear instructions on how to operate the TV and the Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. House slippers, clothing steamer, and 10x mirror were surprises that were also greatly appreciated. I don't travel much, so maybe these extras are what most travelers take for granted. I just know this hotel was an absolute pleasure. If we stop in this area again. We will definitely stay here again!"
