The staff were all very nice. The hotel was just ok - it was clean but showed signs of wear and could use some renovations. The restaurant/bar food was good but they seemed to be very short-staffed when we were there - only one person tending bar and waiting tables. The bed was clean, but worn ... there was no hot water until the next morning... the toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time you flushed ... no soap holder so there was a soapy mess on the sink vanity that was too small to put anything on. Elevators were shaky and loud. It was a good location and had plenty of parking.

Had to complain about the room including air con not working properly and then having to change rooms. Two rooms offered still had problems so not acceptable. Room accepted had very loose shower rail and soap dispenser had fallen off but all fixed. Clearly maintenance problems in the hotel. Decorating appeared a bit sad and some updating would help. Staff very friendly and helped as much as possible. Breakfast a plus.

Hotel is located in a safe and heavily trafficked area. Lots of restaurants around and next door to a small shopping mall. Staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned, comfortable and air conditioned. The cookies given at check-in are yummy. When you book, make sure your breakfast is included. I thought I booked my room to include breakfast, but staff said I hadn’t and the breakfast buffet was $19.
