"People were very nice and helpful, but, walls are paper thin, water in shower was not very hot and very low flow, sink faucet had a tiny crack and sprayed a fine jet out the side.. Otherwise, a nice place for the price! It was off-season and very few people at the ski area by April 8.. probably a better experience when things are busier.."

"The staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities you could want in the bathroom. All the facilities are lovely. The ski rental/sales shop is huge and the staff was very helpful in assisting me in trying out boots and skis before I purchased. They also have a really nice high-end shop with a large selection of ski clothes and accessories."

"Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vorallem die Gästebetreuung (Göksu Hanim, Beytullah Bey) haben sich 24h um uns gekümmert. Auch über Whatsapp ständig erreichbar gewesen 🙏 Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Miniclub für Kinder. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Piste. "It's the only one hotel in Hacilar ski area which is up to me, the best one/ very close to the lift. The windy weather is very often in this area that is why the lift is often closed and therefore you have to go to other slopes by taxi or by car as there is no any shuttle bus"
