We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "The staff were very helpful. The rooms were well kept, and I really enjoyed the comfortable mattress. It’s a family run hotel, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again the next time I’m in Kayseri. The breakfast was great I just wish there had been a bit more variety."
