"清潔な客室でとても快適に過ごせました。屋外ドックランは、ウッドチップ敷きで足が汚れにくく、楽しく走っていました◎玄関の足拭きタオルやうんちBOX等の備品も充実しており、飼い主目線の配慮が有り難かったです(^^)温泉や室内ドックランの利用時間が長く自分たちのペースで過ごせました。駐車場から茶臼岳や 朝日岳?も見えて景色もいいです。車で10分弱の展望台から見た朝日もとても綺麗で清々しい気持ちになれました。"

"A true gem, easily one of the most memorable and charming places I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so warm and hospitable. We had a toddler with us and everyone was so sweet and genuinely kind to us, a group of foreign visitors.
Every part of the hotel was furnished with charm and personality, with care given to even the smallest details such as the daily floral arrangements and warm matcha and snacks upon our return. The rooms and onsen were all extremely clean and well maintained....
