"Very restful and peaceful stay. Will gladly book another stay in the future. Staff was very polite and friendly as well as helpful. Location is convenient. Everything I needed was in walking distance."
"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the railway station. Shopping arcade,a mall and a temple are all within walking distance. The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. Bus services provided by Nishitetsu and Kitakyushu city allow one to travel easily to other major towns."
"The property is near a lot of attractions and there are ton of sushi restaurants nearby. It’s a short walk to the train station. The room was clean and very comfortable"
"It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "

"I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills).
In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!"
