"We were met at the airport and driven to Art House where there was a bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us. Our hosts were welcoming and informative. "Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave...

"Reasonable room. You reach it by stairs without an elevator. Not exactly a hotel.. There is no breakfast. You can order it specially but only from 8.30 am. The price of the room on expedia is much higher than the price of the exact same room on the Booking website. There was no one to contact on Expedia and it seems that they don't care about customer service either. The location is reasonable and there was air conditioning. The staff were nice overall, but in the end there is no hotel service....
