"The front desk staff was very welcoming. Having a light breakfast was very convenient. The rooftop bar was a delightful experience. Well stocked bar & friendly bar staff. GREAT VIEWS of Charlevoix & the River. Will stay again if in the area."

"Enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Right across the street is a view of the lake. The rooms need a deep clean. Above my head in the bed were cob webs and when entering the room you are meet with a must/mold smell. We stayed for three nights and we were only given 2-3 large towels. I also don’t like the fact that they trust the people who are renting the rooms to wash the dishes thoroughly. I really hope that they wash them again after check out. I know I wash my dishes good but I don’t trust other people. I would trust the hotel staff more."

"It was a wonderful experience very much family like. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was no shortage of snacks and breakfast foods. The hosts were awesome. Everything was immaculately clean. The only disappointment was one of our suite rooms did not have an air conditioner however it did have a ceiling fan and another fan was provided, the temperatures were acceptable and comfortable ."

"Everything was perfect, from start to finish! we would definitely stay here again! The little lounge area with drinks and snacks, and ice, was very helpful! The staff was great, and they took care of us! Loved the views and loved the up north feel of the individual entry rooms!"

"The little beach front we got was great! We loved just getting away from everything and enjoyed the water noise. Nicely located near a local coffee Cafe and some wineries and food options. A little pricey but we went all out for our anniversary! Only flaw is could say was the bed was very hard, but i guess everyone has there personal opinion on comfort!Overall it was a very relaxing stay, with a great location"
