"a clean, well-equiped property. Very handy for the village amenities and viewing the local area. Very grateful that our dog was allowed to come too and the house was well designed for this. We understand that this is a recent holiday let. might suggest bedside tables and lights - fairly minor point. would recommend to others."

"Very well furnished and laid out property. Definitely will appeal to someone to get away from it all even a strong phone signal and the gps can't even find the street! But peace and quiet with the lovely aroma of the gardens with fresh cut flowers in every room made it all worth the drive. The only noise you will hear are the sheep and cows in the fields and the very rare passing of a tractor or one of the neighbors in their car. We absolutely loved sitting on the patio and enjoying our...

"We stayed in Helena, it was very clean and well equipped. Concern about escape routes in the event of a fire. Some rooms didn’t have a large enough window to get out of. Swimming pool great, as was the hot tub. Lovely setting near Blandford. Would recommend getting shopping delivered as quite remote. "

"Perfect stay. Great quiet location surrounded by fields very private, so perfect for the dog. Owners were really friendly and the Woodfire hot tub bath was a great addition."
