"My wife and I had the perfect return to the Highlands in Louisville after a ten-year hiatus from when we lived there. Recently, we found ourselves relocating across the country with two little ones in tow, and we needed a few nights to stop over, coincidentally during Derby week, no less.This location was wonderful for what we needed and wanted. The interior was cozy, spacious, yet manageable. Great walkability with immediate access to amazing restaurants, bars, and parks - all immersed within the historic beauty of the Highland’s.While you’re right on a busy intersection of Grinstead, the noise was never an issue for us - even with two kiddos in need of a good night’s rest. In fact, this location places you at the core of the neighborhood, as if you are a resident yourself."

"Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. "

"Beautifully renovated home within 10-15 minutes of everything in downtown Louisville. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was small but very well provisioned. They have a k-cup style coffee maker. The front steps are a challenge, but the access to the rear door is level. We had a person who uses a walker in our group and she was able to get in easily by the back door. Furniture was nice, but while it was too low for her, it was great for us. Parking is along the street. I would definitely like to stay here again."
