"The beds could have been a little better, but other than that, my mother, my daughter and I had a nice stay. We couldn't find a place near the New Chitose Airport, but if you have a car, this hotel was convenient access to the airport. All the staff were super nice. I was looking for a place to buy a card box, and they found me an empty box from the back. "

"I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. "The photos were accurate as well as the description. It’s a very cozy place in an insanely beautiful location. The exterior might be shocking to some expecting a high end house but it was wonderful and spacious inside. "

"Everything about the property is fine- it's spacious and clean. There are 2 shower areas, laundry and a kitchen. The lounge Unfortunately, the nearby outmall mall is now closed despite Google's assurances to the contrary. We were not fans of the check in process either. Even our 22 y at old daughter took some time to figure it out. We were eventually lu ked to an off shore call center."
