"The hotel reception couldn't give us the room we had booked, but gave us a room without a mountain view without saying anything. When I pointed this out they said that the building with such rooms is undergoing renovations and is not ready yet. Yet the hotel had that option bookable! In other words, what wasn't there was for sale! When I demanded the price difference back they said that it wasn't possible because the hotel had to first receive payment from "Hotels.com" in order to be able to pay...
