The cottage was nice and cozy and very pet friendly. It was very close to the Lake Alfred bike trail that we rode into Winter Haven during our stay. We did enjoy our stay....but the neighborhood was a little iffy. Ed was alway available with any request or question we had.

It looks run down, ghetto, and potentially dangerous, especially in comparison to it’s close proximity to Lakeland, which is built up, civilized, and family friendly.
