Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

It was clean, and walking distance to restaurants, beach, aquarium, and other places.

We had an excellent stay here and enjoyed the very modern room that had fresh decor. Bed was cozy and bathroom with bidet and walk in/closed-in shower was lovely too. Staff was very sweet and helpful and the included breakfast was a good start to the day! Thank you!

It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. Great lodging experience. As an American traveler, the shower was different from home, but I recognize that is due to visiting a hotel on the other side of the world, and not a shortcoming. I had an excellent experience. The location was adjacent from the Busan train station, which was very convenient. However, if you want to go to the popular beaches, you will need to arrange transportation.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out.
