"Cool little spot in the older part of Barcelona. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. European boutique hotel, room was very clean and spacious considering it was classed as a double. Was very busy as we, along with many other guests, were joining a cruise the next day, but the staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend."

"Nice hotel, clean and well organised. Staff are excellent. Lovely room, upgraded to one overlooking La Rambla but at times it was quite noisy with people coming and going all night and the road works out front. Spent most of our time in the gothic quarter, the harbour area and beach which are walking distance from the hotel."

"Very clean hotel in a safe busy area. The room is comfortable and a good size. The staff was very nice. The roof is accessible at anytime during their open hours to guests, which was really cool. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. I liked this hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was they controlled the temperature of my room which ran a little warm at night. Would stay again!"

"The facility was lovely. The staff was not what one would expect. At 6pm after our arrival following a long day of driving, we were told there was no room for us to have a drink at the bar. The following morning, we sat so long for breakfast without having our order taken that we finally left without being served. Despite our flagging down the server after 20 minutes and letting her know that we were ready to order, we saw her do five different things including clean a table and seat a person elsewhere who had just arrived, so we left before she came to take our order. "

"The Hotel manager was excellent she helped resolving some check in issues, however a couple of older male reception staff were very inpatient and slightly rude/short tempered. One staff made our check in very difficult and on the next day, my 11 year old daughter was told off by another male reception staff for filling up her water bottle at reception. She was told she can only drink using the glasses there and should not refill her water bottle. Also from that night they removed water tank from reception until our check out time and then it was placed back there after we checked out!"

"The hotel was clean and very accommodating with our bags. We arrived early and left Barcelona later and the staff was nice enough to let us explore around town and leave our bags until we were ready to leave. I would stay there again. Thanks!"
