"It is the best location in Grand Haven. Three balconies with different elevations for great views. Everything is in walking distance. If you have a big truck, you may face a challenge because the parking space is smaller than some other parking spaces.We were at a golf tournament at American Dunes for the veterans so didn’t get to explore the area very much. Comfortable beds and anything you might want to cook. Walking path on river right across the street and music in the park. Host was responsive when we needed help. Be sure to bring your TV app passwords. While there is Spectrum TV we couldn’t get it to work. It would help if remotes were labeled ie Use for TV, etc."

"I want to do a shout out to the fella that was restocking the towels in the pool area. I was sitting just outside the pool handling a business call and he was sweet enough to pick up the towel cart across the tiles so that he wasn't interrupting my call. That was so very thoughtful. We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we have always enjoyed our stays. My only suggestion is to get one more toaster in the breakfast area. There is always a line for the toaster. :D"

"The staff went above and beyond! Very helpful, all the way from the housekeepers, to front desk, etc. I really thought they were friendly. The sheets were very clean and smelled nice. There is a sealed bug and waterproof mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a mattress pad and a fitted sheet, then the top sheet, soft blanket and a coverlet. Is this place older, yes. And some things need a deep clean. Like the floorboards. But this was also the most affordable hotel in a very pricey coastal holiday type town, so consider that you’ll be saving around one hundred dollars a night staying here over H—I—- over the river."

"We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the inn was quaint, charming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the continental breakfast on the screened-in porch. The peaceful setting and beautiful view of the lake made it the perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again the next time we’re in Grand Haven."

"This waterfront property exceeded all of our expectations. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water and easy walking access to downtown Grand Haven, the boardwalk, lighthouse, beach, restaurants, and local shops. We hardly had to use our car during our stay.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Waking up each morning with coffee overlooking the water and ending each evening with one of Grand Haven’s incredible sunsets was unforgettable. Watching the boats pass by and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true escape."

"We had the most wonderful experience staying here and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed by the property. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, bursting with character, and incredibly welcoming. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the outdoor space. The garden is beautifully landscaped. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast freshly prepared by Shelly. The food was absolutely exceptional. Shelly’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. If you are planning a trip to the area, this place is a must-stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit!"
