"Definitely a unique hotel experience that I'd do again. Loved my room- clean, inviting, and a kitchen to boot! It was perfect for my overnight stay. The hotel was conveniently located for my visit. There was a bit of confusion though when one set of documents stated that I'd get an access code 48 hours before my arrival, but when I text the same day I was told I'd get my access code the same day 30 minutes before my check-in. I'd book with them again if I'm in that area of Nashville for a trip. "

"Very clean and spacious room. Property isn't really walking distance to much, I was told by a few Uber drivers (unprompted) that the area was not safe to walk around during the day and especially not at night. Uber ride into downtown is typically $15-45 depending on time/day, surge pricing is def in effect during prime weekend hours. Concierge is strictly via the app and it was fairly quick and responsive. Having a laundry W&D in the unit was amazing, def a luxury compared to your standard hotel room. We did not take advantage of the pool, the weather did not cooperate during our stay unfortunately. Would I stay @ Kasa again? Maybe. I think I'd prefer to pay a bit more to be in the downtown and walk, while saving on Uber costs and having the ability to wander and explore."

"House was as described. This is a remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown and the airport . We had good communications with the host. The check in process was easy. Our stay was comfortable. The neighborhood was not upscale but we felt safe and it was very quiet. It is a mix of older homes and remideled/upgraded homes."

"The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, staff was attentive, albeit a few housekeeping mixups that were rectified by management, friendly staff, great lobby restaurant, and great location. I will return there next time I am in Nashville. "
