"What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay."

"I stayed on 5 May 2026 and arrived in the late morning. I would like to give special compliments to Vijay from the concierge desk, who was exceptional in his service and made a very positive impression. Overall, the service from the hotel staff , from the front desk, the restaurant team, to the housekeepers ,was warm, professional, and much appreciated. Unfortunately, the car service experience left much to be desired. I had provided my airport pickup details a week in advance, but no pickup was arranged upon arrival. I also hired a full car service for the following day, but there appeared to be no record of the booking. While I had a generally pleasant stay and appreciated the service from the hotel team, the car service coordination needs to be improved significantly to match the overall standard of the property."

"I was given early check only at 9 AM, after sitting for 2 hours on a 15 hrs flight landing at hotel at 6 AM but I understand their policy is 3 PM check in which they could have obliged a bit more but they compensated by giving a free breakfast for a day. over all the hotel was good the housekeeping and laundry staff was very helpful even though I just asked for wash they ironed my blazer too and the cleaning housekeeping guy was nice and courteous. Pooja at front desk was very polite. Overall the stay was pleasant, breakfast was good, the restaurant staff for breakfast were nice enough to ask repeatedly for anything orders and the food was nice especially masala chai, recommended. Only the roads leading to the hotel were all under construction and had to take a diversion from airport to reach hotel, as it took a lot time to reach from airport to hotel due to road closed due to construction which was a bit inconvenient, I hope the construction completes soon for good commute and accessibility from airport as the distance is not much from the airport but due to road construction it took longer. "

"The staff is amazing and courteous. They are also helpful, bringing me to the room with no issues. The place is very clean with a fresh scent of breeze. The breakfast selections are also magnificent with tastes from various regions. I find them overall luscious, a lot more than having just pancakes, cereal, eggs, yogurt, and bagels."

"Had a great stay. Very convenient location, easy check in, very clean and comfortable room with a good shower and bed. The restaurant is nicely furnished and staff are friendly. One particular staff member Megha Shinde was very helpful and kind to me. I had a lot of heavy bags which kept falling off the trolley. When i was checking out, she saw i was having difficulty and decided to help me all the way to the bag check-in at the airport! Overall i would recommend the hotel to anyone who needs a night's sleep in between flights. I would stay again."
