"Clean room. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff efficient. Smooth check in. Signing in and out of the hotel has been difficult as you have to pass through the security gaurds. Hotel staff instead of helping, us get through, was quite rude in telling us that we cannot come and go as we please. We are the guests, and inspite of signing out, we were treated rudely. Won't be returning. Felt like we were in prison."
