Good, Clean Hotel. Room and facilities were nice too. Breakfast was decent. Good Service. Overall nice one to stay. Location is not the best but its not Hotel's fault.

For a quick stay it’s ok

My first experience was the fact that they just wouldn’t reply to any of my messages via email or fro this app. On their description they have written airport transfers. But they do charge 700R The bed wasn’t as comfy and the room was pretty small. I did stay at this hotel before in 2018 and since then it has definitely gone downhill. We were there from 3 am to 11 am. But I do know if you want to extend your stay they don’t allow it. At 12 everything goes off in the room if you check out even a minute late. The wife goes off as well as soon as you check out.

Above expectations

Perfect stay for airport and they have car drop off that cost 500 rupees each way and driver very helpful to make sure to drop us at right place.Restaurant got lovely food and amazing service and special thank to all the staff who let us have breakfast before starting time.just one suggestion that if they serve breakfast from 6.30 would be perfect.Overall great experience and I will definitely stay again.value for money.

値段が少し高いと思う。

ムンバイ出張でいつも使います。ムンバイは全般的にホテルの値段が高いので、このクラスのホテルでもそこそこの値段がします。飛行場からも近いし15分くらい。ごく普通のビジネスホテルです。朝食はショボいのが残念。ほかにも朝食付き、夕食付の格安ホテルもあるのでもっと努力して欲しいが、無理だろう。

Wonderful experience.

It was good. Hotel is handy to the Airport. So if you are on a short trip to Mumbai,this is the perfect location. I did a flying visit to some of the tourist attractions and traffic was not as bad as one is led to believe. One should be flexible enough to explore different mode of transport and then it is Ok. With in a day, I travelled in CAB, Auto (three wheeler) and a city bus. My overall experience of transport was wonderful given it was my first visit to Mumbai. On hotel front, I was impressed with their service. I was reminded of breakfast when I did not go for breakfast on last day of my visit due to fasting on that day. I think it was very nice for hotel staff to provide this service.

The restaurant was great. Such friendly and professional staff and great food. Comfy and clean bed. Cool TV. The shower leaked every day and I had to use up towels to absorb the water. The cleaning of the room wasn’t great. Upon initial arrival at the hotel they told me that my colleague didn’t have the right number of rooms booked. My colleague started panicking (we’d had a 16hr journey). But, they had made the mistake and muddled up the records (I identified this by seeing the wrong name on the papers) The manager didn’t apologise. When I made my initial review on Expedia the manager asked my colleague if I could speak to her instead of asking me directly. Weird. Sexism (he was Male and I am female)? She said it was because I was resting a lot: which was an utterly ridiculous excuse. She hadn’t checked my record for a telephone number. I explained the dirt in the room and the leaking of the shower and she said that she’d send up a cleaner in 10mins. They never arrived. The taxi driver (gotten at the hotel) on the last day was horrific: I mentioned my male friends and he thought that that meant I was a prostitute (I’m not!) and asked if he could have two hours with me. He asked me several times if I liked sex. He grabbed and stroked my hand. He told me that black people were not welcome in India. I was so shocked and upset. I spoke to the very friendly and professional taxi and events boss who was great and very apologetic. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
