the rooms and facilities were not kept well, seepage throughout the room, visible electric faults, rooms were dusty, the AC was broken.
There were quite a few issues with the hygiene and upkeep of rooms, the staff was pleasant and swift.
I have stayed at the property previously and sad to see such poor upkeep.
We had to check out in two nights due diabolical condition, service, room service etc.
We are look8ng for tge refund as from 07 February to 17 February 2025 @ £32.00 per night plus the inconvenience compansation.
I refused to stay in hotel rooms are terrible lot of insects inside the room full of dirt unsafe wiring, broken floor wall is full of dirt and cracks, this is not hotel if they offer free stay still not good.
the hotel has serious issues with understaffing, poor housekeeping, inadequate amenities, and subpar hygiene. With only four staff members for the entire property, it’s no surprise service requests went unanswered—hotels typically need a much larger team to function smoothly, even for smaller properties. No housekeeping over three nights, despite multiple calls, points to either gross mismanagement or a complete lack of operational structure. Limited toiletries (just small Medimix soap) and broken fixtures like taps and toilet seats suggest neglect in maintenance and guest comfort. Dirty rooms and an unhygienic breakfast (unacceptable items like bread toast, tea, and paratha) further indicate a failure in basic hospitality standards.
