3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good.

Deluxe Room - Small box room, no windows , Health. & Safety- very poor , Fire exits - not marked, , WEBSITE- misleading photos and not clear Breakfast- not in the hotel, you have to go to different hotel- very poor service- waiting for refills, Hotel Staff very helpful , we salute them excellent response For any request . You have to read very carefully -different words for one with window rooms The owner only interested in making money- Same Location good for shopping, Close to gateway of India and iconic landmark The Taj hotel Wonderful experience for guests from Europe,no idea how to workout booking system

The room was spotless, the staff were very welcoming, the air conditioning and the lift were a welcome treat. The amenities were very thoughtful. The only things that surprised me was that the room had no windows and the wifi did not work. The location was excellent, a very walkable area.

Room was windowless, dark, damp and dingy. No air circulation whatsoever. Due to this, towels and bedding didn't feel clean when they might have been. Breakfast, if added, was basic and served in a hotel next door. I had it once and decided to get breakfast elsewhere.

There was no hot water in the morning on two occasions. Our room (301) was adjacent to the check-in desk, and there were young men making lots of noise every evening. There was also lots of noise coming from above our room every night. We saw a love bug in the room on the last morning we were there. The plug for the hair dryer was very loose, making it almost impossible to use. Upon checking in, we were offered NO information about breakfast — time or place.
