"The hotel was very nice. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Reception is closed early Saturdays and all day Sunday, so make sure to send questions/request in advance during this hours. Otherwise check in was no trouble (key in safety box ) Public transportation was very close and easy to navigate. "

"Everything perfect for the price. Very clean. I only gave it a four star because there is no hairdryer and hair shampoo separate from body wash. Check in process was a little long. There was a receptionist in training, which I don’t mind. However I think because there seem to be so many steps on their side to go through (it was even difficult for them to find my reservation), they will never be really fast. My conclusion is that this is a system problem not a personnel issue."

"The hotel is so well organized and the management is super competent and professional. The breakfast was good and the service even better. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is not in the most convenient location but they provide you for a pass for Basel transportation. I would certainly stay in the hotel again."

"Was a nice hotel just outside of Basel. They offer a transit ticket for the day complimentary which will get you into the city of Basel and around so that is quite helpful. Parking is underground at the rear of the hotel, at an additional charge, in the same garage that is used by the COOP next door and is very convenient. They do not have air conditioning, so you will have to do with keeping the metal shades closed to keep the sun off the windows, however no air circulation so can get quite...

"Staying in the summer is a nightmare, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, I complained to the front desk and they changed me to another room only to encounter the same problem, the mini fridge located in the room did not cool either, sweaty nights are not fun, I have to get a fan to at least have air circulation in my room, very disappointing stay at this hotel"

"Very clean, pleasant place to stay. Beautiful river walk 10 minutes away, very close to trams and public transportation making it ideal to get in to the city and old town. Staff very kind and helpful! So very clean! Would stay there again! Would stay there again!"
