"Breakfast was excellent. In the room there was a minibar but it was not refrigirating. I was only keeping the goods inside below room temperature. Maintenance did not act to mend the door light of the room. Reception was not very helping. They were acting like a robot who did not speak and understand English well."

"The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, children’s playgrounds, and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were attentive throughout our stay — I couldn’t fault their service. The gym is quite small and would benefit from adding some free weights rather than relying mainly on the multi-gym equipment, although there are several treadmills available. The only downside was our family room being located on the first floor. While it was spacious, it overlooked the internal part of the building, which felt quite depressing and lacked natural light. The room lighting could also be improved, particularly with the addition of a main ceiling light."
