"Excellent stay and excellent sleep. I spent 3 nights as a tourist because it was surprisingly affordable compared to accommodation in the city. I probably wasn't their typical customer :) Buses to the city and airport go only every 60 minutes unless you walk to the airport to get the frequent bus (every 15 minutes). It's a 15-20 minute walk but I don't recommend it because there is no designated walking route, instead you have to walk on the side of a highway. Some planning ahead for the hourly...

"It is a very nice property. The staff at the reception were very attentive, professional and welcoming. At the bar and restaurant the food was good, but the staff there was unprofessional and with lack of manners. We didn’t expect to have this kind of bad service at the restaurant in a hotel like this one."

"On the bright side, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is good in my opinion with many options for dining and also supermarkets nearby. I felt the room lacked space as when I was lying in bed my feet were against the wall, and I'm no giant (6 feet tall, 183 cms). Also when I tried to plug a charger I noticed that there no free outlets. One outlet was for the TV and another outlet for the hotel phone."

"It’s a very nice property. Modern, clean, and well located within 10-12 min walking time to Guggenheim and the old town. Our room had a small balcony that overlooks the very nice public park out front. My only big complaint is that they didn’t tell us that there would be jackhammering construction on the property while we were there. Didn’t seem to care when we brought it up. Also-check-in seemed unnecessarily slow. "
