Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Great hotel if you are going on a Holland America cruise. Across the road. Connects with a food hall which serves lunch and dinner.Easily walkable to trams and underground if you wish to visit the city. Most staff very friendly and helpful. One cleaning staff bit grumpy because we asked for extra milk capsules. Other than that a pleasant stay."
