"Great location. Only 10 mins walk from the Central station and was perfect for us since we travelled to other cities while staying in Amsterdam. Only 20 mins from the airport via the train too. I picked this hotel because I wanted to stay near the river and was very satisfied with the kind staff and well maintained facility. Highly recommend if you want to stay few blocks away from the busy streets but close enough to everything you want to experience in the city."

"Classy lobby and helpful staff. Location in Noord Amsterdam was quiet and calm, but takes a 15 min walk and ferry ride to get to the busy side of the city. The room was small. If you extend the bed fully and open the table, there is no room left and it is not possible to go from one side of room to the other. There is no kettle in the room, and one has to buy coffee as needed by going to the lobby. The lobby was large and beautiful and the hotel was beautiful and clean."

"The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was really good, but there was a constant loud buzzing coming from the extractor fan in the bathroom, making it hard to sleep. The food next door at Azura was amazing and the Casino next door is really fun. My only negative about my stay here was that my flight was cancelled, but me and my friend still had to pay for that night at the hotel even though we were still in the UK. We cancelled the original holiday package due to the cancelled flight and rebooked here with new dates. Reception told us to speak to Expedia about the refund and Expedia sent an email to advise that the hotel would not be refunding us."

"We loved our 5 day stay at this hotel. All of the staff are very nice to deal with! The room was supper nice and the beds were really comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was very tasty and had a lot of choices to choose from. The woman that managed it on 4 of the days we ate there, was unusually friendly, smiling and checking on us many times! They gave us good instructions on how to get to where we wanted to go ( museums and other attractions we wanted to see ). They also gave us umbrellas to use when ever it rained at no extra cost."
