Rooms are nice and modern with a nice bed and modern bathroom that is very nice. Hotel on the backside where I stayed was very quiet and sleep was no problem especially with teh blackout curtains despite being close to the freeway. Would recommend.

We came with our little Shiba. The location was close to the Jaabeurs exhibition halls for my business but was a relaxing wellness place for my girlfriend to relax. We made use of the 3 saunas and everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent as other reviews has said.

We were there overnight. A very short drive out of town. The hotel is lovely. Staff were friendly, room was much bigger and more comfortable than what's available in town for the same price. Definitely worth it if you have a car. Not much in the neighborhood; in the summer I am sure the green areas would be beautiful, but it was winter so they were a bit grey and rainy (well, it's the Netherlands!).

The location was very convenient for both the airport-Schiphol by train and for Amsterdam Grand Centraal station by Metro 54. Both were approximately 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA . They even have an Albert Heijn supermarket at the metro/train station, The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from with choices for vegans too. I loved the smoothie, choices of bread and the plain yogurt. The room was clean with a modern bathroom-no complaints there. Staff was helpful when...

Enjoyed the hotel stay!

My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

Convenient access to train station and local transportation. Site seeing destinations are walkable or easily accessible via transit.

Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.

BEST HOTEL IN AMSTRDAM

Great place overall, with everything you need. Location is not bad, but a little bit far and a little impractical if you're planning to use public transport.

We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

I stayed at The Niu for 8 nights. The staff was great. The hotel itself had a beautiful modern feel and a memorizing view.

High-quality accommodations for a bit higher travel budget but absolutely worth it. Especially the true delicious continental-style breakfast buffet!

Top notch in all areas of a stay in Amsterdam. Had a corner room with glass on both walls. Just a great feel and elegance to stay. Would have given 6 stars if an option. Can walk to Musueum district. Loads of bike paths. Breakfast buffet quality is a whole new level. Like being between airport and city center.

We stayed here for 10 nights. All the staff members were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great...nice variety of foods to choose from. The omelette station was a big hit with my daughter - thank you to the chefs and the rest of the breakfast staff! The closeness of the hotel to the Amsterdam’s RAI station was very convenient.
