Negative things: price is very high, when taking into account that there are no luxury or services in the place. You need to call someone to agree when you can get your key. You don't have own bathroom. There is no cleaning of the room during your stay. The room itself is dusty and control buttons of the TV doesn't work. Wall plug is loose and made me feel unsafe. Crowne Plaza Utrecht was perfect for my stay. Stayed total of 10 days. A bit confusing finding the entrance as it is inside a mall. But once that part was figured out it was great. Super short walk to the train station. Right in the center of town. Plenty around. Staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with any needs. Would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! the room was just around the corner from the reception desk which was convenient. At times in the evening we could hear a bit of noise . The breakfast was very good! The only compliant is this hotel is on the Eastside which made our travels to the central area a long way (for us) to travel. One must walk a few blocks to get the tram and then travel about 20 to 30 minutes to get around where all the good restaurants are and cancel rides, museums. ...

Beautiful surroundings, great breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. We loved that when we were jet lagged, we could get coffee in the lobby long before breakfast started. I would recommend it.
