"Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town."

"The owners have lovingly restored this home and have made a very comfortable retreat in the Akron/Highlands area. Things that can't be helped is the neighborhood and the streets 'nightlife'. We found ourselves a little uneasy about walking around past dark and were woken up a few times overnight with music, cars and neighboring parties. Hence our 4 out of 5 rating. Also this home isn't for anyone that is physically challenged by stairs."

I think working through some communication issues would be of great benefit. House was clean and had all of the amenties we needed, including king adjustable bed in master bedroom. Beautiful big back yard although it is not enclosed fencing. "Great remodel, but plumbing gurgles loudly with storm through sink in kitchen, loud enough to wake you up at 2:00 am. The furnace is very loud and when shuts off and on you can feel it through the floor and is extremely loud going on and off line it’s breaking. I sent a recommendation to the owner. "was in town for a concert at blossom music center. the house was exactly what we needed. plenty of room for us to have our own space, a fully stocked kitchen, and most importantly a keurig. close to downtown akron and everything the city has to offer but on a quiet secluded street. we will definitely keep this property in mind if we’re ever in the area again."

"Our son plays baseball for a nearby college and we always stay in hotels and can’t bring our dogs. This adorable house was a great break from all that and to boot very dog friendly. Large secure fenced yard with plenty of room for three pit bulls to run. Snacks and bones were awaiting them for their first overnight. The house is immaculate and up to date in every sense. "My college friends and stayed here for a short weekend trip. It was a very nice and clean house. The property manager stayed in communication and was very helpful. We also hiked at Cuyahoga Valley NP which is only about 25-30 minutes away from the house. Over all we had a great experience and we would stay there again in the future!"
