"We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The property felt very authentic and gave us a true sense of the local culture and charm. What really stood out was the staff. They could not do enough to help, always providing excellent recommendations on what to see, do, and where to eat. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. One tip for future guests: pack light if possible. There are quite a few stairs, and while there is an elevator, it is very small and can be a tight fit for larger luggage. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily recommend."

If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. The room was spacious, I found the two sinks helpful (one in room & one in Bathroom), the mini-Fridge had complimentary water and hot drinks tray was well stocked. The onsite bar in the foyer is reasonably priced, well stocked, with comfortable seating. The breakfast was a nice, with freshly baked items and continental selection. I liked that they had small teapots for your tea. Would definitely return if in Bari again."
