"The hotel is dated and it could benefit from various updates. The carpets on the staircase are very dirty and the hotel does not have a hoover (I asked for one). The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after which I was told he was 7th in line and put the phone down and told me to phone them myself (panic attack at this point as I need to get to the airport in time for check in which I luckily have). This is a cheap hotel for a cheap stay in Rimini - dont expect any luxuries. "

All staff were wonderful and helpful in suggesting places for meals. 👌 Thoroughly recommended! Nb. They helped arrange our airport transfers (80 euro). Cab dropped us off right at the entrance. Good not to have to stress about this ourselves. "
