Only 4 min drive to Balsicas village for shopping or more bars and restaurants or take the train from Balsicas to the historic city of Murcia or the town of Cartagena and visit the Roman ruins and amphitheatre ,the Dos mares shopping mall is 20 minutes away by car in the town of San Javier .

Within a short drive from the villa, the nearest beaches in 15minutes, you can enjoy all kind of water sports , plenty of bike and walking routes nearby and two waterpark for kids and adults ( in Murcia and Torrevieja ).
