Stylish Villa, community pool typical Spanish village in La Tercia, Murcia
- Our beautiful, spacious open plan villa, faces South, on the foothills of the Sierra de Colombares regional park in a small traditional Spanish village. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida and the historical City of Murcia. Large rooftop solarium offers panoramic views over the village and surrounding countryside, this is a great secluded sun drenched spot to soak up the sun by day and dine alfresco by night. Our 90sqm house is located on a new development, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include 1 supermarkets, bakery, bars/cafes, hairdresser, tobacconist and a pharmacy. The quiet and secluded SHARED COMMUNITY pool, equipped with a jacuzzi is 20m away. The villa is well appointed and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and is fully equipped for self catering, with a ceramic hob & oven and microwave. The lounge area has a smart TV and there is an Amazon Firestick Free Wi Fi.
There is a fantastic roof terrace with an aluminum pergola & furniture offering shade from the heat and another area for sunbathing with sun loungers. Great place for chilling in the evening
There is a compulsory laundry/cleaning fee of €80 payable on arrival in cash to the keyholder. Or at the first available opportunity.
Check out time is 11am unless arranged with myself.
