"Great place to get away and totally relax"

"We absolutely loved this condo on a private beach. The condo is very large with multiple balconies and a direct view of the sunset over the gulf. Everything we needed was included and the condo was very clean when we got there. The host was quickly responsive to every e-mail. Our only challenge was locating the correct door for the condo, but once we got in the elevator (yes, there's an elevator!), it was very clear. Highly recommended and we will be staying again. "We just bought a new home near Lemon Bay. It wasn’t ready so we had to look for reasonable accommodations for a week. We had some time to relax here because that’s what you do in Englewood. Very responsive host, clean, neat cottage among 9 others. The Sunsets were out of this world, the beach was 1 mile away. The people friendly and the pool refreshing. "We had a wonderful time at the beach house! There was a small issue the first night but after messaging the host they had someone out quickly the next day to fix it. We will definitely stay there again in the future."

"This place was sufficient enough. It was clean and had most things you might need. We had a few issues but nothing that would prompt us to complain. We were unable to figure out how to get the jets working on the jacuzzi. Some of the light bulbs in the house were burned out. And the pans were not non-stick. One of the beds was really worn and sagging. The place definitely needs an upgrade. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, basic place to stay, this will do the trick."

It was such a joy coming back to share it with my family. This is the best place for kids with the beach being so close. We even got to see the new turtle nests every morning. "We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows...

"Cute beachy condo with a fantastic view and easy beach access. The porch deck is a bit tired and wonky, but a great place to relax with refreshing breezes and the best sunsets. There is a need for a better dustpan or even a dust buster to clean up inevitable sand. There were no tissues and the WORST toilet paper. Very small toilet, cute. "The owners of Kon Tiki were both extremely nice and truly cared that everything was perfect for our stay. We had mentioned we were going to BBQ lobster and within minutes one of the owners was at the BBQ pit with everything we could need to BBQ. Our room was very clean with a small refrigerator, microwave and 2 top stove."

"We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!"
