Temizlik ve hijyen harika. Hiçbir kusur yok. Kahvaltı günümüz gıda fiyatları düşünüldüğünde oldukça iyi. Tek sorun otelin konumu. Otel Avşa adasının merkezinde ve feribot iskelesine 100 m. mesafede.
