Every team member was friendly, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel less like a guest and more like a part of their extended family. A special shout-out to Alessia: as I was driving into Lecce, my GPS kept rerouting me through pedestrian-only streets. I called the hotel in frustration, and Alessia patiently stayed on the phone with me, figured out exactly where I was, and guided me step by step until I arrived safely at the front door. That level of personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the rooftop bar—a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with an aperitivo while enjoying the views of this beautiful city. I can’t recommend Patria Palace highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’ll never forget."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff very friendly, breakfast amazing! The there floor where breakfast is served has an stunning view to the ocean. I definitely recommend this hotel and if I come back to Gallipoli I will definitely consider staying here again."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
