** From Royal Garden HOA: Beginning Monday, March 24, we will begin work on the balconies. The north end of the pool deck will be closed until early May. There will be NO Corn Hole or sitting/standing in the area that will be blocked off. The work will pause in early May and resume after Labor Day on September 2. The areas in front of the outdoor pool will not be affected until mid to late October. The goal is to have the entire project completed by the end of 2025, depending on weather conditions.**

Here's a beautifully furnished two bedroom condo with a great second-floor view, at family prices. Enjoy the dramatic view from the balcony, or from the living room. Comfortable furniture awaits to provide rest and relaxation after every vacation day.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, closet and dresser to provide ample storage space, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. There is a second full bath with shower stall. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, cookware. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper!

Royal Garden is a premium condo resort. Common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, Tiki Bar, three-elevators, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: This complex has covered parking with a limited number of oversized parking spaces - an oversized spot will NOT be guaranteed as they are first come first serve! Parking passes are limited to two per unit. Parking passes must be prominently displayed per Royal Garden Resort HOA.

No trailers. No smoking. No pets. No Golf Carts parking allowed.

When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the wide Garden City beach is right out from the lobby. Garden City is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are less than a mile south of Royal Garden. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north of the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.

Beautiful location and view. Apartment was nice but sofa and beds not very comfortable. The Salty Pickle was delicious and handy. Had refrigerator trouble but Ray was a gem. He brought cooler & ice until new frig was delivered on Tues. The pool chairs were nice.

We had a great time. Condo was very nice but the cleaning staff left a broken glass on the counter that we found on arrival and the parking was not ideal. Had to park on the street because truck would not fit in parking garage and golf carts were a huge issue with street parking. But the condo, the view, the pool deck, and beach were great! Also liked the salty pickle for snacks and drinks poolside.

Nice condo, one bathroom/shower was very smelly so nobody wanted to shower in there. I was a little taken back when we came back from the pool & the maintenance guy was in our condo switching out TV’s. My teen daughter & her friend had been sleeping in & I would’ve been extremely upset if he had come in when they were asleep. Plus, my purse & husbands wallet were just laying on counter. Overall, condo was nice, outdoor pool very clean & well maintained! Great area! Mandy from Itrip was amazing & very helpful!

We've stayed at this resort in 5 different units. The location and amenities are great.This condo was very clean but has not been updated. The bed in the master bdrm is 38 inches high so my 91 yr old Mom could not sleep in that room. This meant she had to sleep in a twin bed with a super hard mattress. The oven took 40 minutes to preheat to 425° and 7 inches of water took 45 minutes to boil for shrimp so I definitely don't recommend this unit if you plan to cook.It's time for a new stove. The slider to the balcony is missing the outside handle and is difficult to openn/shut, and there is only one rocker and three plastic chairs. There's no table on the balcony so we just used our cooler. Still, this condo is priced very reasonably and the location is great so if you don't care about the other issues, you can have a really good time there. The ladies at iTrip were super!

My husband and I wanted to decompress and relax. What better way to do that than to go to the beach. We thought by choosing this location it wouldn’t have been as crowded, we were wrong. The UNIT itself was to be NON Smoking, I now know I need to choose a BUILDING that’s nonsmoking. We really couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to the cigarette and cigar smells everywhere, also the unit had a stale cigarette smell. The cleaner came in and tried to get the smell out but cleaned a dehumidifier that really didn’t change the smell. The cleanliness, I’m very meticulous, the master shower curtain had mold spots along the bottom section of the curtain like it had sat in a bath for a long time, the floors need a good mopping and the coffee maker needed to be washed due to the prior renters not washing it. The beds, the master bed was not bad, they’d put a 2-3 in mattress topper on it, the kids said the beds they slept in were awful, stiff, springs poking them and very wiggly. My son decided to sleep on the couch and my daughter tried to pile as many blankets under her to give some cushion. The beach, it was full of cigarette butts and trash. They do comb the beach but not to clean but to make it look fresh. The pools were great. The indoor pool was cooler and not crowded. We’ve decided as a family, we won’t be back to this condo.

ID 3321760, Property 4782617ha We were dissatisfied and disappointed with this property, Old, worn, and poorly maintained, Listing photos did not reflect the actual condition. Virtually all wood surfaces worn and cabinet faces especially showing wear. Tile grout in bathrooms need replacement. Seating on couch and recliner sagging and well worn. Door to patio missing exterior handle, We have booked with VRBO before and this listing is not a good reflection on your company.
