The Space:
Welcome to this stunning oceanfront condo - your dream vacation awaits! The unit is in Duneside I, which is located in the highly desired area, Garden City. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 10 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: **STAIRS required - 3 flights** From the parking lot, take the stairs to your unit (3rd floor) and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Large family room area with direct oceanfront views. Large sectional couch with plenty of seating.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Direct oceanfront views.
Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Spacious! 2 double beds.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo - located in the hallway between bedroom 1 & bedroom 2.
Bedroom 3: Single bed + a queen. Half bathroom attached.
Bathroom 3: Half bathroom - attached to bedroom 3.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (aside from any locked owners closets).

The complex is located in a beautiful spot on our beaches known as Garden City.
✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 10 miles
🏦 Garden City Pier Penthouse is about 0.5 miles
🌉 The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 3.9 miles
Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

My three adult kids and I had a great stay at this property! It was wonderful to be right on the beach and so close to the pier. The space was great and we had everything we needed from towels to kitchen items. The beds and couches were very comfortable and we would stay here again if we come back to Garden City! and I would stay here again
Our condo lived up to what we had booked. We had a small hiccup getting in the condo but after that was resolved, all was great. We were spoiled with a beautiful ocean view every day, and being able to walk straight out to the beach. It was a perfect space for our family to come together.
Such a beautiful, quiet area. Everyone super nice around. Pictures point on :). Property manager very responsive. Parking can get a bit crazy but again everyone super nice. Trip was amazing! Take me back already!
This condo is located in a great family friendly area. It was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was very clean. It is direct ocean front and the view from the balcony was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!
The condo is right on the beach and is absolutely immaculate. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked.In addition, the property owner is VERY responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.
