"Staff were wonderful - the spacious balcony was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is in a great location for walking around town. Both east and west train stations are a short walk away ."

"We had a comfortable room, with private bath, and lovely view of the village. The breakfast in the morning was good, my cappuccino freshly made, the staff were incredibly solicitous, warm and welcoming. We were transported to/from train station upon arrival and departure, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, and quite nice being elevated for expansive views. Thank you for the TLC Falken staff!"

"The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more."

"Everything is so close by, loved it here. Wish the property had A/C but they did provide a big fan to cool off the room. Love the stay here would def stay again."
